Slowbreads Roseville

I pop in most Saturday's to try something new and/or indulge in a favourite. I am never disappointed which is why I didn't hesitate to order my son's 21st birthday cake here. The flourless chocolate cake was beautifully decorated and super delicious. A huge thank you for making such a special cake for our very special occasion.

I've been drooling over this bakery on Instagram for a while, and their pastries are truly drool-worthy. So, I couldn't resist making the journey to Sydney's north side to give them a try. I arrived bright and early at 8 am on a Saturday, and although there was a line, it moved quickly. I decided to indulge in their plain croissant and took their recommendation for the blueberry danish. The blueberry danish had a pleasant taste and a light, delightful flavor. Similarly, the croissant was airy, buttery, and enjoyable. However, both pastries could have used a bit more flakiness and crispness. Overall, a tasty experience, but room for improvement! Hands down the best sourdough I've ever eaten and their pastries are divine - especially the blueberry crumble Danish and croissants! AND they deliver to your home for Roseville locals!

The bakery is conveniently located with plenty of delicious treats to enjoy. We opted for the pear and walnut loaf, almond and orange cake, lamington and a lemon and coconut cake.All products tasted amazing bursting with flavour. Staff were friendly and helpful and the shop clean and welcoming. If your after some great bakery treats then I highly recommend coming down and giving them a try.

Spectacular lemon meringue tart. Stellar service and beautiful baked goods. Have had the delight of trying several of their items and all are highly recommended.

Like other reviewers, I love Slowbreads. The sourdough and fig fruitloaf are always delicious. Quiche is one of best I've tasted, full of flavour. Staff always helpful and efficient.

Long time customer here. Excellent bread and pastries. I've tried many things on the menu and often reorder the same things including the almond croissant and the blueberry crumble danish. The owner is very friendly and often adds things to the menu. The la cruffin is a new fav. Home delivery makes it even better. Love waking up to each fresh delivery.
