When family run & owned businesses are being replaced by large franchises, it's rare to find somewhere that is as honest & experienced as Martino's. Steve & John have been my go-to for all my automotive requirements for many years now & they are the most genuine mechanics I've met. From the positive customer service to their prompt scheduling, I cannot recommend any other mechanic in Perth.

Got my van serviced here last SeptemberMainly because I wanted the belts changed.All booked in for 8am, get there and we were asked if we “brought the belts” No one informed us we had to source the parts. Said they would call us once finished. Belts is a big job so understandable. We went into Perth cbd for the day and didn’t get the phone call till about 3/4pmWhen I got the invoice they had replaced some tube on my coolant and topped it up but not changed my belts “they looked fine” when I questioned as I had specifically asked for them to be replaced he said “oh the other guy said they looked fine” so I paid $500 for them to have my car for 8hours to do a basic service and some coolant top up. Disappointed what I wanted to be done wasn’t actually completed.

My car wouldn’t start after sitting in a paint shop for a few days so I called up Martino’s and they organised a tow to the shop and even installed a coolant tank last minute that I sent through uber post all for a fair price answering my calls and keeping me in the loop the whole time

We have been taking our cars (4) to Martinos for approximately 15 years. Even after moving to the Swan Valley I would not consider taking our cars anywhere else. Steve, John and their team always go above and beyond. They are honest, reliable and always do the very best for their clients. That's what you get with a family owned business, where integrity is key.
