Knowledgable staff, able to get most makes of alternators, etc that other places either dont have or cant get right. No dramas with them everytime I use them.

I walked out after dealing with a very unhelpful Scottish male who clearly didn't want to be at work today. While I was standing at the counter speaking to him the phone rang and before he answered the call he cut me off mid sentence and said this is our busy time. There were 3 other people in the front office who would've answered the phone but he decided to do so before they could instead of helping the person standing in front of him. Give his job to someone who actually wants a job and who can provide helpful customer service.
