Pizza delivered coldPrawn pizza had no base sauce whatsoever so basically frozen prawns on dry bread barely any cheese eitherSelect my own topping Mushroom + feta pizza barely had any mushrooms or feta. Just a pile of cheeseCalled and spoke to very defensive argumentative manager who offered no apology, refund or new pizza. Always liked this place but now I will never order there again.Not sure if new management but something very different Don’t buy awful quality now

What a complete shame !As a local worker in the area who has used Domino's Drummoyne for 6years .I will never use them again the current management our in compitant.You should go only for the comedy of watching the three stooges attempt to make food.1.The food is never cooked properly2. It's always running late3. Never what you orderedWith no change after 3 visits and no offer to replace everything just discount or drinks.I would never eat here again !What a shame !

Worst pizza ever. Their new Yorker pepperoni (check out the image comparison) was so dry it tasted like cardboard and when I rang to complain, the manager asked me to bring the pizza back to inspect it and then suggested I file my complaint with head office.Domino's, I suggest you review your hiring process and promote folk to managers when they learn to take ownership and responsibility. Also I think your advertising is grossly misleading in comparison to the product you ask your stores to sell - really disappointing and sadly I now know why it's been over a decade since I even considered this brand. No more. Shame!

Atrocious service. Placed a take away order a week ago and after arriving home found that one of the pizzas wasn't what we ordered. Rang and spoke with the manager and asked if he could deliver the correct order, but he told me that I would have to pick it up or get a credit for a future order. Reluctantly I asked for a credit as I wasn't going to drive back again. So we shared the other pizzas between us. Rang a week later and placed an order and mentioned to the staff member calling himself O'Neil (supposedly) that we had a credit from the previous week. He came out with every excuse in the world as to not honour there mistake, from saying he was the manager I spoke to the week before which wasn't true, then changed his story to it was the other manager I spoke to but he recalls the mistake, but can't do anything about it, and then to can't find the credit in there system after giving them my phone number which was what I was told to mention the week before. Finally this ignorant person I'm talking to says that he'll make the pizza but without the cheese crust which is what I ordered and paid for in the pizza they stuffed up. So now because of a difference of $3 or so for a cheese crust this arrogant so called manager lost a $50 order and any future orders. The irony is that this pretend manager and liar had brought up the order from the previous week and could see that the pizza they stuffed up had a cheese crust, but still didn't want to make the pizza with the cheese crust. Absolutely pathetic.

Made an order online, for 3 large pizzas, dominos website after you order provides you with a estimated arrival time. I received 2:09-2:25pm window. After ordering at 1:45pm. I was like thats fine ill wait.... waited till 2:55 for the pizza to arrive, and before it arrived I called the store 3 times, first two times no answer and the final call they did answer. Just to see what the hold up was. I understand that you can be late, but gosh, if knew the delivery time was going to be so delayed, I would of just picked it up. Please sort out your online website, it's very misleading.

Pizza was cold, paid extra money for 20 minute guarantee, basically wasted money because it still took over an hour to arrive. Didn't even get my free pizza voucher in compensation as stated. Don't order from this store if you want Dominos.

Notice to the franchise owner, the 3 guys working last night at around 11/11.30 should be given the boot. It was like watching 3 clowns preforming, not serving customers, joking around, dirty hands contacting with food. Order had finished on the screen before it even went in the oven. Left ice-cream out to melt while waiting for oven. WOW. And to top it off when I open my box, this is what I am greeted with. Absolutely useless. Never going back here, I just don't trust the product after being handled by your staff. STAY AWAY! Theres another good pizza place up the road.

I waited ONE HOUR for a single pepperoni and garlic bread pizza, had about 5 more people infront of me without their food ready. I could have gone to a restaurant and had the pizza cooked quicker than a FAST FOOD service. Definitely not coming back and hope no one else wastes their valuable time at this shop

Just order indi chicken tikka. Seems like someone had a slice from my pizza and wasn’t even freshly made. Seems like they just made a pizza from leftover slices. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. And when I told them, they said you have to come to give pizza back. Why would I did delivery just because I couldn’t able to get there
