Absolute worst people I've ever dealt with. Had someone drive through my house leaving significant damage to my car (and the house) got told multiple times that the damage on my car couldn't be from the accident. They put chips in my car and then told me it was there when I gave it to them when it was not. Very abusive towards you when you point out their mistakes and was told its not their job. Would not go here if you want your car to actually be fixed.

amazing body shop, unfortunately I had a bad year four accidents, each time these guys did an outstanding job. From Graham assessing the vehicle the girls in the office coordinating bookings and arranging parts to Phil matching the paint, no body color matches like he does. they do a great job and alas I keep going back

Fixed the front end of my Mazda CX3 through insurance. Work was done in a timely manner, communication was good and I was extremely happy with the work. Highly recommend

I had a minor bingle in my eyes" to have repaired... but in actual fact it was pretty severe.I was a pest when it come to contacting admin for updates as all I wanted was to have my pride and joy back

I would like to say a big thank you to the team at Prestige Panels, firstly for fixing the incompentent wokmanship of another Panel Beater. Secondly, for going above and beyond, with every aspect. Mostly I would like to thank them for the the good old fashion quality workmanship they provided on my vehicle. God forbid if I required a Panel Beater, I would not hesitate to use you again. I can highly recommend the team at Prestige Panels, if you need a quality Panel Beater put them at the top of your list.

Very helpful, friendly, and rectified all my concerns and even whent out of their way to get me new animal deterrent things. Whent above and beyond.

I couldn’t recommend these guys more highly. After my insurance taking 7 months to decide they weren’t going to cover my claim, the lovely folks at prestige panels still worked out an affordable option for me. The service was fantastic, communication was great, the front desk ladies Lisa and Leonie were lovely and the gent Graham who helped me was beyond helpful. I’m really grateful for your help and generous spirit guys!

Staff were unwelcoming and very difficult to schedule an inspection of vechile. Further more I was told to wait until November 2019 - 3 months after inspection until they had an opening. I waited. Heard nothing. Rang. Wasn’t phone back. Then rang ... waiting for parts?? It is now feb 2020 and the minor job still had not been completed nor have I received any phone calls from this company. My insurance has now allocated the job to another service provider in town. I would never recommend this panel beating service due to their unprofessional office staff and lack of diligence in providing adequate insurance repairs for your vechile.
