When the lady was taking off my nails, she was clearly hurting me (I flinched alot). She never said sorry, and she continued to hurt me. I asked for her to even out my nail length, which she ignored. She then applied the acrylic very unevenly, and when I asked 1) if she was going to even out my nails 2) if she was going file my nails out. She stops immediately and goes to get the manager (i think). I was incredibly upset and embarrassed, my original nail tech then stood in the door and gives me the dirtiest look I have ever received in my life. The manager then files my nails and drills nails, doesn't say sorry. I just wanted to leave by then, so I didn't even get a colour. I was then charged $45 for an terrible and humiliating experience.

The best nail salon in Cairns! I always feel so welcome when I come here and the girls always do such a great job!

40 bux for a change of colour and reshape coz there incompetent staff couldn’t shape correctly the first time so i had to suffer and pay double! 40 is usually a new set!

I visited Beauty in Nails at DFO today for a pedicure. It was such a lovely experience. I haven't had a pedicure done in 2 years after a very poor experience at another nail place in Brisbane. My feet feel fantastic and my nails look beautiful. The staff were all lovely. I highly recommend this place and I will return in future. Thanks you. Very happy customer.

The best salon that I have experienced in North Queensland. They listen to my needs and perform a perfect job.

The files they used on my hands were so old and filled other people's nail shavings. Not nice at all. The file block she used on my nails was falling apart. Not a good quality nail salon at all. Not hygienic. Will not go back.

Clean and hygenic salon, great customer service. Overall experience was pleasent.Nail tech was fantastic, made small talk. Was fast and did a great job at my acrylic infills and gel polish. Decently priced also.

I went here a few weeks ago and I had a fantastic pedicure and massage. Returned with a friend this week and I was most disappointed. I will keep looking for a great place where the service is the same each time.
