Valentine's Day after being let down by an Indian restaurant around the corner who did not open even though we had a confirmed reservation we came across Fratellis who had a table for 4 available (last one and people queuing after). Staff were extremely professional and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent and served in a timely manner - not rushed but not slow. Certainly overcame our despondent mood very quickly.

Fifty percent down, half to go!!!!Without question the best pizzas on the lower north shore. Get in early because taste waits for nobody.Lovely family, lovely staff, gorgeous food.

This place was buzzing! Food was great, cute lil Italian restaurant... But what impressed me the most was the comradery between/within the team from the kitchen to front of house these guys looked like they genuinely loved working wid each other for this lovely place/business... Staff varied from younger female n male team members all the way to older men n women and they just all got along! No matter how busy they got, there was just a vibe in the place again within/between the staff that only added to the dining experience!

All the staff are so friendly, it is like eating with a family. Service is fast and efficient and the food is always fresh and very high quality.

We loved the seafood pasta and the salmon white base pizza. The Siciliana pizza was a little too salty and wet. But overall it's good. Service was friendly.

Great food and amazing flavours!Very fast service!Drink options are plenty and reasonable too!Staff is a bit stretched out and also a bit confused at times.Dessert options are ice cream and daily cake only, but the cake was unavailable.

Authentic busy little pizzeria we came across and had the BEST PIZZAS of our lives! Service was great, awesome atmosphere and the pizzas were out of this world. Tempted to go back two nights in a row! YUM! Highly recommend fratellis!

Good pizzas in a nice location. However, the staff’s lack of professionalism is giving an overall bad experience. Playing between waiters and gossiping on the back of customers is definitively not something you are looking for when you’re going out. I also didn’t appreciate the fact of rushing me to take my plate when obviously I’ve not finished if it’s obviously just to close the place a bit in advance. There are better restaurants around.
