Narendra first helped me by creating a way for my scanner to work. Thanks to Catalina update it had been rendered useless - not so good for a paperless office!Next problem was a bigger issue - my iMac had been a lemon ever since purchasing it a couple of years ago. Apple consultants had spent many many hours attempting to improve it remotely & I had tried every 'hack' I could find to speed it up -and get rid of that beachball spinning round whilst waiting waiting... It was so slow almost unusable. Finally blaming slow internet I asked Narendra for an opinion. Long story short Narendra promptly diagnosed the issue & replaced the hard drive.
