I thought nutrition all about healthy eating, Karina has shown me how certain foods can help with inflammation and stomach problems by healing my gut. Karina made some changes to my diet, prescribed some supplements to assist in healing my body, she even helped with recipes that all the family can enjoy. I would definitely recommend Karina to anyone who has stomach or muscle inflammation.
