Kyneton Toyota was fantastic with the service they provided. My van's wiring was chewed by rats and only just drivable. They booked me in straight away, diagnosed the issue then fixed it along with doing my 10K service which was booked in the following week. Excellent service by the staff, sales manager, service manager & Principal Dealer. I had an issue stemming from a warranty repair that I raised with the Dealer Principal via email. He called me within a couple of days (immediately upon his return from leave) and sorted everything out straight away, without any arguments. Since then both the sales and service managers and staff have been nothing short of extraordinary, maintaining the RITE philosophy (Respect. Integrity. Teamwork. Excellence.). Have recommended family to buy from them and will continue to do business for many years to come.
