I recently purchased a keyboard from Mister Bidet for my own use.I reported to MR Bidet that there was a problem with one of the keys being flat and simply out tune.I emailed a video to MB so they could assess my issue.MB were very quick to respond to my issue and offered service excellenceto resolve the issue.The keyboard is under a twelve month warranty.MB were quick to respond and offer me a replacement keyboard at no charge.I was delighted with the quick response to my problem.Great after sale care.Thank you MB.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Something goes wrong and they go missing. Tried everything to get in contact and no response. $800 wasted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM!In response to there reply below:We have contacted you numerous times, with generic replies and sent around in circles. I can happily post photos of emails and your responses on here if you like?The item was a weed sprayer unit and it didn’t even make it around a flat lawn. The weight of liquid inside was to heavy for the chassis provided, the winged sprayers collapsed and broke within 30 minutes. It can’t handle walking pace work. Not suitable and we have had to replace so many parts on it after we had no response for months. We can happily provide photos and just want the money back for the item. It’s a P.O.S.

I have bought bidets on two occasions. The product and service is great. I had an issue with one, and emailed them, and they immediately replied with a PHONE CALL, and mailed me a replacement part free of charge. I highly recommend these guys.

I purchased a heavy duty tarpaulin and it ripped 2 days later. I have contact this mob 3 times without a return email etc. very slack. Don’t buy off them its rubbish

After 1 year of order, here's my review. The bidet that we got from misterbidet were very good quality. They look premium, the prices were reasons, the delivery was pretty timely and works as they should. I have recommended it my friends and definitely will buy from here if I wanted to buy again.

We purchased this product over a year ago. It worked fine but we had a small trouble with the pressure after a while. We contacted the seller and were pleasantly surprised with their exceptional customer service!!! They prompltly helped us with our issue. I already recommended this product to our neighbors during the toilet paper shortage. Thank you Mr Bidet.
