Took our Landcruiser and rooftop tent in at short notice on a a Saturday morning, with a minor electrical problem. Chris was fantastic, fixed the problem and sorted out our dual battery system. Amazing courteous and professional service, they know their stuff. Highly recommend.

I dropped in to ask for some advice on why my secondary battery was showing 6 volts. I didn’t want to replace it and then find out something else was going on. Chris came out and took a look immediately. He located the problem in the isolator. I fully expected to have to book the car in for a later date, but Chris changed the battery and the isolator right then and there. I could not be happier with his work and the company’s service.

I lost 12v power in my caravan while overnighting about 50kms from Toowoomba. I rang Outback batteries and spoke with Chis, who talked me through a few things to check but no luck. Chris offered to have a look the next day. I got my van to Outback Batteries first thing the next morning. Happily, they have parking at their store that accommodated my car and van. As promised, Chris looked at my van straight away and tracked down the problem. Got it sorted and only charged me for his time - which is only fair and was very reasonable. Chris was friendly, professional and thorough. Within an hour the problem was fixed and I was on my way with a working 12v system and with minimum fuss. Awesome service. Thanks Outback Batteries!!

Went here for a new car battery today, we jumped started the car to get to the shop and the guys have kindly swapped out the old battery and put in the new battery. I paid and thought we would be all good to go but then the car wouldn’t start still. The guy inside noticed right away and came out to assist without us asking. He got his gear and cleaned up the battery terminals etc. and the car started no problem after that. We really appreciated it. The battery price was really affordable and the service itself was awesome. Highly recommend these guys!

Today I took in my supposedly no good battery, which was not very old, to buy a replacement. They said we should test it and found it to be not so bad after all. They offered to put it on the charger to top it up and make it as new. They did all this for nothing. Very good service.
