Beyond Smiles Dental Bertram

The quickest dental cleaning I have ever had so far. Too much job to do on my teeth in a very short period of time as the dentist told me. I was not 100% satisfied. Sorry. Just being honest about my personal experience.Though there was a friendly environment but receptionist needs to be more knowledgeable about private insurance queries regarding gap payments especially from booking so there will be no shocking moments when checking out. Saying “I don’t know about that” is not helpful to patients.

Disgusted, furious NOT HAPPY!!! I do not recommend ANYONE to come here.I took my daughter in to get a couple of fillings done. Not even fifteen minutes after going in she was out...........the bill $286!!!!No fillings. An exray and other things I did not ask for nor did she need were done instead.Staff not interested on the matter . Blunt, rude they couldn't have cared less. Again I do not recommend ever coming here!!

I needed an urgent appointment on a Saturday and the team at Beyond Smiles Dental in Bertram helped me in a professional and friendly manor. I have since been back to them for all my dental care. I would 100% recommend them.

Professional & very caring team. Most helpful from reception & everything was explained to me from beginning to end of the treatment I received. I highly recommend from my experience as a very anxious patient that kindness & care was paramount & that’s exactly what I received.

Excellent and very professional service from Dr Singh. Your teeth will be well looked after here. There are many choices but I’ve never regretted using Bertram. These guys have clinics at other locations like Kardniya, Stirling. And the place is so clean and positive. Top notch.

The dentist was fine. Seemed thorough and judicious with care. However, the hygienist kept hitting the back of my throat with the suction. I consequently have tonsillitis from the trauma to the back of my throat.EDIT: I've been back since and the hygienist apologised to me re: the tonsillitis. The dentist didn't charge me for a filling on the same tooth. Will be seeing him again as he was very meticulous with treatment

2 teeth (wisdom unbeknownst to me) that required extracting. Dr Manjot Singh explained to me clearly his professional opinion and answered all my questions and concerns. I was able to have x-rays done at the same location on the same day. His lovely dental assistant kept me calm throughout the procedure (I was very nervous) and the extraction was done without any complications. After care and follow up appointments were organized for me right away. Dr Singh was so gentle throughout the entire procedure truly hands of an angel. Surgery was immaculate clean and highly organized. Wonderful wonderful service starting from reception and all the team. 11/10 thank you for your care.

Facility still can be improved. My first time to a dental that I need to get out of the chair to gargle my mouth.Great offer for gap free on first visit.Scheduling not very good. Got my time advise wrongly and waited more than 30 mins after appointment time for my daughter.
