Ok service when we were in store. Told it would be 18-19 weeks before it came in it is now 21. I rang and was told it is still 2-3 weeks away. No one rang to let us know and we have had to continue to check as the date keeps moving back.

Ordered a lounge suite mid Feb 2020.Still waiting mid June .Store manager very rude NO customer service. We ask for a time span on delivery and all we get is rudeness and aggression.

I called the store to ask about their recliners. I spoke to a lovely lady, Lyn I think was her name. Regardless, today took my elderly almost deaf parents to this store to buy 2 lift recliners and met both ladies. They were so nice. Lyn showed an empathic manner when dealing with my parents. She made a nice connection with them, built their trust, demonstrated the way the chair worked, carefully explaining the buttons and their purpose. Once they decided on which recliners they wanted she help my mum choose the fabric. She explained that the recliners would be 16 weeks before they would be in store as they were coming from Thailand. As we are in 2022 and for the past 2 years the pandemic has seen a lot of delays in shipping. Thank you for a great shopping experience. I had a look around the store, they stock is beautifully made and looks amazing.

Lots of stock, but all basically the same thing just repeated over and over again. No variety at all, was very disappointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Prices were expensive, and parking was hard.

Very poor after sales. Problems still not resolved.
