The folks at Crypto Tax Australia are highly professional. They answered my questions clearly and worked hard (even on weekends, it seems) to prepare my tax return with haste. They also have a deep understanding of Cryptocurrency which made the process so much easier.Before contacting these guys we went through a bunch of other companies, all of whom took weeks to even reply. A big thanks to the team at CTA, I needed my reconciliation of Crypto transactions completed. After going to other crypto accountants who couldn't get my reports correct, CTA was able to completely reconcile, even the obscure chains and trace down all transactions. Very impressed with their expertise, professionalism and all round great team.

Great experience, I highly recommend. I was going to see a regular tax agent for the cryptocurrency amendments, but most don't have experience in that area. This turned out to be a fantastic option. Adrian had it all sorted in less than a week, did it all via email. So convenient.

Emailed the company to have a chat about my finances and due to the holiday period we organised a time and date (date recommended by the company). The date came around and I heard nothing back, when I emailed them I was told they are still on holidays…… waited close to a month had an appointment and apparently still on leave. Company can’t even organise a calendar, probably not smart to let them touch your finances.

Initial consults went well. First spoke with Alex, then Adrian on different occasions. Since then there’s been zero response. Have left multiple emails & callbacks with no luck. It’s been close to 3 months. The guys seems competent, but personally I can’t rely on a firm that possesses poor communication & poor CSR. A quick “hey thanks for your email, team is very busy. We will get back to you in a timely manner”; would be a sufficient way to communicate. But the team can’t even supply that….Only leaving a review here not out of spite but for the next potential client that might want to contact CryptoTaxAus for their services. Think twice.
