Items shown in stock not available in store. Manager would not get item from pallet from me as it was too hard to reach. Wasted my time coming here.

Did some Christmas shopping there today and I have to say I was very happy with the staff that helped me when I paid for my stuff with my gift and then normal card. well done Kmart Kotara I will for sure return to your store

They squeezed me in at 4:30pm after I got a nail in my tire. They managed to repair it before closing while I took the kids into Westfield and fixed it for free.I felt very lucky.

I love this Kmart in Kotara. There is so much stuff that you can find here. I could easily spend one or two hours just walking through this shop and still find goods that I have never seen before. I was here today looking to buy some lollies and kids books for a party and I was not disappointed with what I found. Cheap and quality. Will definitely recommend this Kmart to anybody.

Great store though very busy all the time. On a few occasions all the shelves were empty such as today Xmas eve. Very good staff and super clean store. Staff just so friendly it’s really unbelievable. It definitely worth coming to this Kmart over other stores.

Nice visit to Kmart Kotara today. Went in looking for an item the website stated they had and it was available and on the shelves. Store was clean, tidy, bright and well stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful when I asked a question.

Very impressive with the product range and price. Went there to get canvas which are very good price here and notice that there are more interesting and inexpensive household items as well. Will go back again on the weekend with kids to grab more stuff.

The greeter, Jo is the nicest lady in the world. Every time I come to Kmart we always have a chat! There should be more customer service people like her!

Well organised shelves, friendly staff, great reasonable items prices, centrally located in the Kotara Mall highly recommended. ;)
