Very poor customer service. Had an issue with a product delivered being the incorrect model. They have told me this is an issue for their supplier and not them, and they stopped responding to my emails.

I had the best experience at Skate connection Tuggerah today the sales girl Alisa was amazing and could not have been more help . Alisa educated me fully on buying my daughter a skate board with the dos and don’t s . Thankyou so much for helping me through an experience that could have been very difficult had you not explained exactly what products we needed. I will definaltly be returning to Skate Connection Tuggerah.

Very very poor product and quality, disgusting, not good customer service, don't care about customers problem, they don't have time value of customer, very disappointed shop, manager, manager, seller many more.I bought scooter $1199 which is big money. we use one week it's flate tyre which takes to fix two weeks after fixing again it's had problem we took shop to fix the again they said that it's gonna be fix by two weeks but still more than one month already we follow up and they said that it's not fixed yet need time . We request for the compansation they ignore it.

Highly recommended! I came to the Tuggerah store with a small amount of research, looking at a cruiser type board to be able to ride with my kids as they learn. Please note I am an inexperienced skater. I met Scott from the team who was awesome to deal with and gave excellent advice on the right type of product for my use case and budget from their awesome range in store. He showed real passion for skateboarding and I could not be happier with the experience. I took my new board out in the afternoon and had a ball with my kids. Thank you Scott and Skate Connection Tuggerah. I could not recommend them more highly.
