DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED OR CLEANED HERE!I came in the other day telling them my reciever wasn’t working, he assured me it needed a clean which I had already done weeks prior. I got it back DAMAGED, telling me I needed to go to apple if I wanted to keep Face ID because the clean hadn’t worked. (Which I already knew wouldn’t) I went to apple who then told me they couldn’t fix it under warranty because of the damage that STAR PHONES made whilst ‘cleaning’DON’T SHOP HERE

These guys are massive scammers, Cyrus (the manager) completely disregarded my worries about the screen protector and assured me everything would be okay. He then proceeded to apply a protector with air bubbles, never shopping here again.

Had my phone screen ‘fixed’ here 3 weeks ago. My replacement screen was of poor quality as the colours displayed are not the usual vibrancy, after being assured this was the best quality screen I could get. The technician never secured the screen onto my phone completely and I have struggled to use my phone in the meantime. I went back today to have it fixed, was told to come back in 40 minutes, and I did. Irush today told me he has to wait for someone else and it will take another hour and could not guarantee it will be fixed. They refused to give me a refund. I wish I read other reviews before going to this store.

After initial difficult experience I then checked myself and realise the issue was more with me than them. Once I explained myself better they provided me with a good service and for that I am grateful.

I purchased $85 screen protection which was broken and came off the phone screen with less than 7 days of installation. I went back to the store and they said they cant help.Terrible customer service, bad quality of product and service.I DO NOT recommend!

Went a payed $460 for a screen and LCD replacement, less than a day later pixels were missing on the screen. Went back to the shop and explained what happened and they called me a liar. I kept my cool and kept trying to explain what happened and he still called me a liar. He claimed I dropped my phone because there were airbubbles. The day I got my screen fixed here was already airbubbles which I had already told him about and he said it's fine. Now he used it against me saying I dropped it when it really was there terrible quality of work. Do not give these people your money. They deserve nothing.

Extremely rude service, fitted a screen protector for my one plus 9 for a high price of $40 and bubbles all over under the screen. Was told that it just the way it is and wanted to refit i said no would prefer partial refund and he said no can do. Ordered a genuine protector and will be going else where do not recommend as they don't appear to have any clue.

Save your money do NOT waste your time with this store, My mum went in to get my sister's iPad fixed expecting it to be fixed she was called in to pick up the iPad the actual display was lifting off and you could see inside the device, I went in myself and told him we weren't gonna take something broken so he took off the screen and put back on the old broken screen, my mum paid a small fee of 150 and they were asking for 400 altogether, she was going to pay the full amount after the iPad was fixed, after all, that I ask for a refund he declines and says we can't give you a refund!!after a while of arguing he than says okay I will give you a refund of $80 we decline and said we want the full amountsecurity comes down and a Belmont worker, we tell them the storythey talk with the worker on star phones, and he then calls his managerAfter all that both the manager and worker still refused to refund us the full amount we left with $80 Don't even bother with this store's waste of time and money.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE! dropped my phone off to get a new screen told me 1 day, 3 days later i picked up my phone with a broken ear piece, brightness not working and face id not working.
