Good Nails

Good pricing, cheap and reliable nails! With the review recently, I asked the manager, and the woman was extremely biased in her review as the employees were very remorseful in their accident and constantly apologised to her which she obviously couldn’t see. You can see how she exaggerated one of the accidents the employee caused. She came back the next day, damaged the store and was extremely rude, dismissive and demanding. It’s funny to see how someone twists the story in their favor.My experience with the store was much better with the workers, and I got my nails done for extremely cheap. They were really nice and easygoing!

Total disappointment is still understatement to sum up my last visit at this nail salon recently. I used to be a regular . But this will be my last visit! This salon is now under poor management. The current new staff are rude , unprofessional and exhibit lack of training in health & safety . One staff cut my finger bleeding with a sharp filer. The facts that she did not show remorse of her practice and even argued that I made a big deal out this open-cut, which, really concerned me. After cut me with the filer, she still put the filer back to the drawer . I had to point it out to the owner so he could throw it out!!!! As clearly, she is not well trained that how high risk pedicure/ manicure can be. She even humiliated me more the next day I came in to reimburse my medical bills as I had to go through couples of testing prescribed by my doctor. She was serving other customers while yelling over at her boss not to reimburse what he had agreed with me the previous day. I was really confused who the boss is that moment as he was so close to follow her yelling instruction. He could have managed his staff and told her to behave properly and took ownership to be in charge of the situation. Instead, I had to tell her to get back in line.There are many other things appalling that I can tolerate to support this small business. But this health and safety practice has been compromised and how the situation has been poorly handled by the manager and staff, is the biggest blow to me. I will never come back for its service!Now I am not only worry sick but also furious.Not yet mention, they don’t even show apologetic about it consumes my time to see doctors and turn up to different appointments. To sum up, they are unprofessional, poor health & safety practice, do not waste your money and time here , also save you all the troubles and unnecessary stress!

My daughter usually goes elsewhere to have her nails done, I wanted somewhere local and quick to get her nails taken off for school. She had her SNS nails taken off and a mani/clear coat for $25. The lady was very lovely and professional. I’d be happy to send her back to get her nails done here next time.

Great value, professional and friendly service. I have tried other salons in Port Melbourne but was not as happy with the result.Will stick with Good Nails from now on!

These ladies are the most caring, patient and hard working in all they do! Just moved in the area and I am in love with my nails and so grateful for how pampered they made me feel. Will be back more often than not ☺️

Very poor quality…The staff was rude and no gentle at all.The shape of my nails was disgusting.Not clean at all and when I was going to payThe old men ask to me : 115 $He gave to me a discount… but my pedi and my acrilic refil it’s not even worth 20$.Bad bad experience ever.
