In March 2021, I went for car shopping at Lennock Land Rover (Philip Canberra) to look for my dream car.I was greeted by Manas Dalvi, who made great efforts to make me feel welcome and comfortable at the showroom. He was kind enough to show me around the showroom. He made all attempts to guide me through an extensive list of the available cars at the showroom. He sits down and helped me build my new Range Rover Sport and place the order. I must say he is a very knowledgeable person who guides you with every varied feature according to your needs. He has so much patience.Finally, on 16/03/2022, I received my Range Rover sports; I can’t explain my happiness in words. I had to wait for my car, but I must say it was worth it. Really want to thank you Manas, who was always there to answer my questions throughout my journey to buy my dream car. Manas, you are a legend. Thank you, George and Vicky Singh, too, to make the car finance and insurance process smooth. I was stressing to short out my car finance, but George made the whole process easy as Ice on the cake.I will surely be coming to the Lennock land rover for years to come. Thanks a million, to Manas and the land rover team; I couldn’t have pulled this off without your guidance and support.

I contacted Land Rover service, after a warning light appeared on my vehicle. Tom ( in service) reassured me that the vehicle was able to be driven. I was able to call into the dealership early in the afternoon and leave the vehicle, without question for an assessment of the issue. Tom then contacted me with options for the vehicle and was able to organise for the repair to take place that afternoon. Given that I do not live in Canberra and that if repairs could not be done I would be without the vehicle for up to a week, I was very appreciative of being able to get the problem fixed, especially given I had not booked the vehicle in, time of day and the normal wait time for service booking.Good customer service - Thanks Tom and the Service team.

Review on behalf of my parents:On the 12/1/2023 we went to the dealership to look for a new vehicle to replace our current at the time, Range Rover Evoque. Manas greeted us and was immediately accommodating, friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable. We were most interested in the Defender, and he showed us three different Defenders. We really loved one in particularly and they were able to sell it to us on that same day.Both Manas and George were very knowledgeable and helpful. George was very patient with answering any questions we had, explaining the financial side of things perfectly which made the whole experience stress free. On the 27th we officially drove away with our new Defender and we cannot express enough how happy we are with the car.We are returning customers and have been apart of the Lennock Land Rover family for many years already. With our past vehicle, they were always on top of things with car services and providing loan vehicles to us when needed.The whole team has been outstanding in looking after our needs and have always gone out their way to assist us, which is one of the main reasons why we will always be returning customers.
