Dude rang me from the car to collect my order coz he couldn't walk up the driveway. Maybe oporto wasn't specific about the job requirements for a delivery driver when hiring. Disclosed he had a recent hearty. Probably could have benefited from the extra steps in his day. Food was late, cold, and soggy.

I'm so tired of going here and having things missing. I can deal with a sauce being forgotten, because it happens every time I go here, but the lack of care is beyond annoying. Drinks get forgotten and meals are completely wrong. This only ever happens whenever they have a team of young kids running the till and the back as well.The food is always pretty good, but even after having triple checked before I left, that my order was correct, I get home and shock horror, they had given me the wrong order, again, even after the worker insisted that my order was correct. It wasn't.I think it might be time to maybe re-train the younger members of staff on your team. It's amazing to me that the core part of someone's job can be so consistently messed up.I'll definitely be sticking to the Subway from now on.

The experience i had yesterday was not the best!.We order the chicken that feed for 4 people but we only got a single cutlery from the guy. Not a single staff was trying to clean the dirty tables , even though they saw us sitting and trying to clean the mess.The chicken was ok.Its very sad tbh, as i tried amazing services from oporto at other places. Im pretty sure oporto can do something to make this place better.

It tooked 30-45 mins for the chicken to be cooked.. he said it will be cooked in 20mins.. so that the chicken will not be raw and cooked well so that i fine with us.But when we arrived to our destination and about to eat we are shocked that the chicken is still uncooked and the COLESLAW IS ALREADY SPOILED.. we expected it was freshly cooked because it was morning but we ended up throwing it and waste $55. We don't have a chance to bring it back to the store because it is not worth our time to travel back for a long time. We felt so disappointed and not satisfied. I hope the management to check their stocks from time to time so they will not serve spoiled foods

The food was terrible, chicken in my order was dry and like old shoe leather. Not to mention everything was cold and the chips were white and un cooked anyway. Staff were rude and disinterested with being at work. The shop was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Won't be returning to this store.

They forgot to serve me, then they forgot to take off the cheese so i had to ask for a New burger.And then 1 chicken fillet missing so learn how to deal with customers before opening and making us pay 16$ !!!

A very well maintained Oporto. We each had the $5 special breakfast meal which consisted of an egg and bacon roll, a hash brown and a drink.Came out quickly, was tasty and far cheaper than any other breakfast we could find in the Vincentia shopping mall!We really love the Oporto story on the wall, this is a great tribute and was interesting to read while we ate.

I ordered food from this place tonight Saturday 18th. They said it will be ready in 15 minutes but when I got there 45 minutes later they told me that they had no chicken for my order. The person who was serving me was not only rude but disrespectful. I will never go to this place ever again. Oporto I want my money back asap because I canceled the whole order and maybe trained your staff members to respect the customers otherwise your business will not exist anymore.
