Ty from BST legal is worth every penny. We had a very difficult off the plan townhouse purchase where the vendors tried to force us into settlement with major defects present at the property (not an uncommon event I have come to learn). Speaking to other purchasers in the complex I found that their conveyancers allowed my neighbours to settle with substandard finishing saying there was nothing they could do. However Ty fought tooth and nail to get settlement delayed, complete a lot of the major defects before settlement and negotiated a retainer to be held in a trust account so even upon completion we had leverage. He did all of this within his fixed fee structure. We are very thankful we went with Ty for our legal services and I am sure without him I would have had an uphill battle after settlement trying to rectify the defects. Thank you once again.
