The William Inglis Hotel - MGallery by Sofitel
We always enjoyed our stay at this nice hotel. The rooms are quality so is the food.The only disappointing thing is the pool temperature this time. It was rather cold for December. When we asked the reception, they assured us that the pool is 29c all year around. I would totally disagree, we have enjoyed the pool in deep winter, and at night in July, I recall the pool was better heated. Thus the 3 stars. We hope to enjoy better experience in the future.

We had a lovely room overlooking the race course where we could watch the horses train in the morning. It was quiet and very comfortable. Loved the total blackout curtains and we got great sleep. A few minor irritations though. - We ordered a high-chair and they sent a bar stool. Then they sent one with a strap missing. We asked twice for a fresh bathrobe but it never came. The fridge was only semi cold and the TV didn’t stream. There was also the toilet with a frosted glass door- felt a bit weird!

For the Greater Western area, this venue is a gem. If you love horse racing, this venue ticks all the boxes.We were there for wedding and this venue had everything, room service, restaurant, lounge bar, auditorium and a modern barn reception centre which was perfect for the wedding and our room was amazing

Lovely hotel, check-in was easy and efficient. The room was large, clean, and overlooking the neighbouring stables and contained lovely amenities. Room service was very expensive but also very delicious

Quite a reasonably priced hotel for staying in for a random night away.Hotel down stairs on the other hand is also very highly recommended. Fine dining Resturant and great quality food with lovely wines for dinner.

Food is amazing, staff are friendly. Double check your accor membership entitlements. Sammy was great to deal with. The rooms are very modern and the executive suite was spacious and super luxurious.

From the moment I walked I was met with a friendly smile. The girls at the front desk are amazing. The room was very clean and well made. I had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay. Hats off to the chef at the Newmarket Room the food is well priced and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend everyone to stay at the Inglis Hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. My partner vomited due to some food poisoning from some takeout at night. Deepak was amazing enough to move us to the room next door at no additional costs due to no housekeeping available as it was after hours. I will definitely be coming back.

If you like horses and racing this is a great place to be. I don't really care about either of those things. The rooms were nice and it was comfortable to stay at the wifi worked very well and there is adequate parking. Breakfast was nice and I didn't try to eat there at other times. It's close to other dining places.The staff was nice and I liked talking to them when they were not busy. It was quiet when I was there but not sure how it would be on a race day since I overlooked the track and crowd seating. Nice looking rooftop pool.
