The staff are So friendly. I didn't know how to put the qld app on my phone so they helped me with it. The store is great i usually find something that I like..the shop is laid out well.

The one star I posted, is only for today, I love this place (maybe not anymore though) The staff are polite & friendly, but not so some of management it seems. Must be just about money for them. Today, I was in the shop - I go almost every Tuesday with my Respite Driver who picks me up, & I buy lots there. But today, I saw a set of black, gilt edged Japanese-made cups & saucers & was in two minds to buy them, trying to watch my pennies of late, so I refrained this time. But when I got home, I thought I should have bought them, would make a nice gift for an upcoming birthday. So I rang the shop & asked if they would put them aside until next Tuesday. The lady was good who answered the call, but management was difficult, & wanted me to pick them up on an earlier day. I said I can't as I am visually impaired, & cannot drive. So then I got the statement that We don't usually keep things that long." I thought How unfriendly & inconsiderate

Very helpful staff, very well laid out shop, great displays and easy to access items on sale. I bought some great shoes, bag and ladies wear. Will be back again.

Clean and well laid out, however expensive for a 'charity' store... Also, one woman serving was quite rude and not helpful (charitable) at all.

Went in for CD's and came out with 5 for the long drives -$5 total. Nice clean and tidy, friendly volunteers.

Clean, tidy, large assortment of clothes and goodies for everyone. Staff very friendly.

A little pricier sometimes, however the quality of the items are generally are of better quality. This is a pleasant op shop that’s always tidy and categorised well.

My favorite of the local op shops!Could reduce prices a little, but stock is always quality and well laid out.
