Charged for diesel that i never go. Placed the diesel Nobel in tank and nothing came out but the bowser kept ticking over. Then I was made to pay for something that I did not receive. I then asked for a receipt and was refused by a rude Indian lady behind the counterGo elsewhere

Of all the Servos in Heatherbrae, this is usually the cheapest. Fuel is good quality with appreciable savings. Just off the highway at the Raymond Terrace exit roundabout.

Poor customer service.. I came here to refill gas bottle in 9:30 am. The staff told me to go back at 11:00am, he can’t do it. We need the gas to be filled before 01:00pm. We came back and met another staff. He seems that he doesn’t want to do the job. If your staff can not do what they need to suppose to be… taking out the filling gas service, please. Don’t waste time.

While prices were great they the Indian owners have neglected maintenance the toilet has been out of action for weeks. I was told the manager inspected and agreed to do some work.Everything looks dirty and neglected on the forecourt.Used to be the attraction was the cheap prices but that hasn't been the case lately.The driveways are a mess well like I said needs a input of money to bring it up to an acceptable standard.

This is a small petrol station at the front of a caravan park. It has E10, Unleaded, and diesel available and LPG is available for small cylinders. Prices are consistently the cheapest in the Raymond Terrace/Heatherbrae area. The only place cheaper is about 15km away. The people there are nice and polite. The only complaint I have about it is that the awning only covers the first set of bowsers so that you can get wet if it's raining but that's not really a problem.

Absolutely disgraceful service, pulled in to fill up with diesel, attendant ignored me while too busy emptying the bins to finish her shift early. After waiting a couple minutes I finally grab her attention, and I am informed there is no diesel left. No signs put up at all, not even on the filler hose itself, and the woman was rude and disrespectful. Will not be filling up here again.
