JRS was recommended to us by our neighbours, and we never once regretted the decision to go with this company. James, Rachel and their staff were very easy to communicate with and very prompt in getting back to us with any of our queries. The builders always arrived ready to start at 7am. Before they left in the afternoon they made sure the area where they had been working was left very clean. There was never any tradies rubbish left lying around, like you see on so many other building sites.We are incredibly happy with the office, ensuite and storage space that was added onto the back of our house, plus extra jobs we kept adding. They also replaced our ceiling from the kitchen through to the family room, which had been damaged due to heavy rainfall.We would certainly use them again and without a doubt recommend them to anyone wanting a quality job, large or small completed at their house or business premises.

James did an amazing job with our renovations, we couldn’t be happier that we chose him for our work. We would absolutely recommend him for any building works you have in mind. From the very start he was consultative, listened to what we wanted, discussed suggestions with us, and was extremely responsive when we saw changes we wanted made along the way. He did high quality work, and loves what he does which shows in his attention to detail. Both he and his apprentice were very respectful and extremely trustworthy. He was very reasonable with his pricing, and we feel we received excellent value for our money. He engaged good subcontractors, people we were happy to have in our home and people we would use again for any specific trades needs. The space that he has now created for us is a beautiful addition to our home, and we absolutely love it. Part of our joy in this new space is that there is no angst in the process it took to create it, which is due to who James is and how he approaches his work. Working with JRS was easy, this covers a lot of areas when starting a large renovation with many moving parts. We did a full kitchen remodel that included complete demolition, wall re-constructions, 75sqm of tiling and fully ducted a/c in all living areas and bedrooms which was added during the demo phase. The contract upfront was a clear and understandable, no communication problems, professional trades onsite and all variations were discussed, understood and agreed before proceeding.JRS also were accommodating when we wanted a custom stainless steel benchtop, which caused a significant delay on our side that impacted the completion of the project. They worked with me to get through the delay caused by me and pulled it all together at the end to deliver a quality build in all areas.

From the moment James arrived to complete our quote, he was punctual and courteous. We could already tell that he would be the builder we chose to complete our extension/renovation as his professionalism and attention to detail were a level above every other builder we had come through for quotes. With any decision James was always honest with his experienced opinion advising us of all options. Both James and his apprentice Dylan built our home like they were building their own and held all their subcontractors to the same level of detail. I would highly recommend the JRS team to anyone and already have to both friends and family. We would not hesitate to contact James and his team again for any future building requirements. We are extremely happy with our renovations, James and his crew did such a great job. All work was done in the timeframe promised and of excellent quality. There were some weather obstacles throughout the build which James was able to work around and still deliver on time. We love our newly renovated home by JRS Building Solutions! James renovated our two bedroom house into a 4 bedroom family home and it is perfect! The project was completed within the agreed upon timeframe. James is professional and friendly. The quality of his work is great and he ensures the trades his uses have the same high standards. James was very accommodating when we changed our minds during the build, and was able to help us problem solve when faced with unforeseen changes.
