Highly recommended! Steve goes above and beyond. He was fantastic guiding me through the process of buying and installing both under floor heating and a heated towel rack. But what really blew me away was the after sales service. I lost the mounting brackets for the towel rack (my fault) but Steve was able to source them for me and sent them through free of charge. Amazing!

The advice and design service from these guys was only surpassed by the quality of there product. There system works flawlessly and the control panel in silver looks ultra cool at night.impresses all my friends and relatives ,21st century technology and my kids love it. I cant get them out of the bathroom as they spend ages in the bath as we placed it under the entire floor/ bath tub area as well sems to slow down the water cooling somewhat !Im glad i reached out and contacted them directly as what i orderedwould have turned our bathrooms into a sauna,s as i overdid it with the heating elements :) and there was help with my installing along the waywicked product service warranty and looks so cool :)
