Sorry Mulberry, but we won't be buying from this brand again.Bought a bag, and was not given the accessory (it was a little lock) two and a half months later they still have not managed to sort this out. They never return your calls and always try to pass the responsibility. Just wasting the customer's time.The level of service is synonymous with call centres in the Philippines.

I purchased a bag 6 weeks ago and thought I’d take it home that day but no apparently it had to be ordered. That wasn’t communicated. My receipt indicated the goods were taken. I have made multiple calls to find out where my order is, have been fobbed off like all the other reviewers have. Mulberry provide no update and no apology. Mulberry QVB appears to be a shop with no stock. I wish I had seen the reviews first. This matter will now be reported to the Department of Fair Trading NSW.

After purchasing a couple handbags from this store I remain extremely impressed by the customer service offered by this Mulberry store. After purchasing a Bayswater handbag from the Christmas sale we later decided to return it opting for the Oxblood colour alternative. This was ordered in with a minimum of fuss and fantastic care and customer support offered by the manager throughout. Looking at previous review, i am sorry that others have not had as good an experience as we have, all i can say is that our experience was excellent throughout.

My order hasn't arrived after 3 months, when I ordered it the staff said I will get it 4-6 weeks. Every times i called they said it already shipped from Melbourne but it has been 2 weeks since I called last time. They make an excuse every time I called.. I wont buy mulberry any more.. probably I will return my bag anyway because I dont want to use it any more

I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased a bag on the 26th of December last year and still not received. I had to chase them for months. They now claim that the 'bag' has been collected after I was 'notified'. When no email, sms or phone call was made to me. Atrocious service! I will be lodging a complaint to the credit card company. BUYERS BE AWARE if they claim that they don't have stock but can pre-order for you. If you are lucky you might wait for months, if not you will be charged 2K for no item!

So as the cat is out of the bag, the franchisee of Mulberry Australia, Luxury Retail No.1, is now under receivership.I did a purchase last week and was told the pre-order will take 4-6 weeks. Today I received a mail from Mulberry and was surprised to learn the news that it's under receivership.This is my first purchase from Mulberry and my first experience with luxury brand. Reading the reviews of Mulberry on Google I notice other angry customers who have had problems about the pre-order" since Jan 2022. Do not buy from Mulberry if you items needs to be placed in order.. I purchase my bag in mid April and still have not yet received it. They said it’s this week and now I got an email from them saying it will be delayed again with no updated timeframe. Also, they told me it took 4-6 weeks only when I purchased it from the Sydney shop.

Mulberry processed payment and haven’t delivered! Online purchase two months ago, and still waiting. No expected time of delivery. Difficult communication- landlines disconnected, emails unanswered. Buyers beware! Really surprised and angry by this shonky behaviour. They’ve basically stolen money from us.

Unless the item is in store do not purchase from Mulberry in the QVB. I DO NOT suggest PRE ORDER. The brand has gone on to receivership and you won’t get your money back if you do this. I’ve been waiting for a bag since May that I paid in full for and keep getting told it will arrive next week as apparently mulberry UK will honour our orders. I’m over it. It’s my first purchase from Mulberry and legit the worst shopping experience I have ever had.
