Bass Coast Boat & Caravan Storage

After much searching and no success at finding storage for our new ,large caravan (22''6) in the south eastern suburbs , we finally came across Bass Coast Boat and Caravan Storage.From the initial contact with Jenni who assured us that our caravan would be welcome, we arrived later that week to be greeted by Jenni .( and her friendly dog )As newbies to recent caravaning (and much more technology than 30 years ago ), Jenni suggested that we take our time and practice reversing as there was plenty of space.For us Jenni and Dean's caravan storage has been a blessing as we often do our trips down Gippsland way and find it convenient to be able to collect and drop off our van on the way with the knowledge that our caravan is secure when in storage.Jenni is very approachable, friendly and responds quickly to emails and has made the process of caravan storage very easy. We have no hesitation in recommending storing a caravan with Jenni and Dean's Bass Coast Boat and Caravan Storage.

We've sold our boat and won't need the storage any more which is a sad day as i'll actually miss the trips to the storage place and the friendly dogs and owners :) . Great owners who always went the extra mile and made our storage super simple and trouble free. Great price for the excellent service and facilities you get. Great service and excellent to deal withThe undercover area was perfect for our car and caravan whilst we were overseas for 6 months.The owner was good enough to start the car every couple of months to make sure it was all working as it should

The owners are super friendly and are willing to accommodate the storers needs with storage solutions and to allow access to their stored goods when they can.Its my first time to ever use a caravan and boat storage and I must say that I enjoy meeting and greeting Jenni and Dean and their beautiful family as I store my item.I feel that my camper is safe and well protected.I would highly recommend to any body that requires storage solutions for big toys.

The proprietors make the whole storage process very simple; from explaining available storage spaces and pricing to completing documentation, the overall experience for a first timer like myself was very straight forward.Any questions I had were responded to very quickly and the way the facility is run (which continues to improve all the time) means that one's assets remain highly secure at all times, yet are easily accessible. I was so happy with the experience, I added a second space to my list! I could not be happier with the experience and would encourage anyone considering a storage facility in the area to try Bass Coast Boat and Caravan Storage first!

A great family run business and an excellent storage facility for our 24ft Bailey caravan.Nice and spacious, with plenty of room to park the van and not crammed in like sardines which you may find at some other places.We feel that our caravan is very safe and secure and easily accessible whenever we need to use it.Thank you to Jenni and Dean for accommodating us.Paul and Helen.
