Autobarn Tweed Heads

Glenn, what a man. Helped me with my n70 Hilux. Will always shop at Autobarn because of his efforts in going above and beyond for his customers.

Unfortunately had very rude service at Autobarn Tweed Heads this morning. When I refused to join their loyalty club, the young woman behind the counter proceeded to mutter under her breath a string of insults at me.Sorry, but will not be going back despite being a customer there for some years.

The woman that served us was so rude from the start .. from ignoring us when we came in to telling us she was to busy and understaffed to help us ..there were hardly any customers in the store ! the range of mobile and charge accessories was terrible with literally 1type of usb charger that was over priced by $30 from anywhere else . 2 of The items we purchased with a gift card for my daughters first car scanned more than $5 above shelf price .. when I brought this to her attention she became extremely rude ranting that she isn’t responsible for price increases and we will have to wait for someone else to come and do our refund .. no one came and after she finished serving the next 5 customers she processed our refund !!! My family will never shop here again !

Absolutely excellent service and very kind and helpful employees. Every time I've come to autobarn I've been helped, I'm a young woman and have a limited understanding of cars so this wonderful service is very much appreciated. Keep up the good work ☺️
