I can’t recommend Michael highly enough. He promptly made the appointment with the real estate agent , he spent 30 mins on the phone with me detailing his pest and building inspection and his written report was promptly delivered the next day. His pricing is very reasonable too.

We used Michael from Naraic Building & Pest Inspections to go over a build completion in our new unit. The inspection was very detailed and we were impressed with the issues (most only minor) that Michael highlighted.
