Kidzco Early Learning Hillcrest

Amy and staff have been amazing with my daughters transition into the toddler room. Both my daughter and I have had loads of support adjusting. Everyone in the centre is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Kidzco Hillcrest.

Excellent centre, very accommodating.I'm a very involved" parent (often staying 30+ minutes at drop offs and pick ups) but have always been made to feel welcome and the educators are wonderfully easy to chat to. Any requests I've made; they have always done their best to accommodate and any issues I've had have been addressed promptly

Our child has been going here for over a year. I was literally about to give up looking for a center because most were dirty, children were not being attended to and smelled like urine. I couldn't believe that a center of this quality was only across the road from our house of all places. Clean, genuinely caring carers and a great environment. On top of all of this the fees are quite reasonable and everything is included in the price you don't need to bring anything. Our second child will definitely be attending here as well when he is a little older.

We have had the most incredible experience with our son attending Daycare in the nursery at Kidzco.Our little boy was struggling to adjust to being away from me and was very unsettled in the beginning. The ladies at Kidzco were so understanding and supportive of our journey, they nurtured and helped our son develop his personality into the bubbly cheeky little boy he is today. He loves going to daycare and exploring all the new skills and experiences he learns! They were patient and kind me to when I called almost twice a day for the first few weeks until I was happy my babe was settling. Leaving your kids with anyone other then their family is nerve wracking, but The Kidzco staff have been absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to look after our children. A special thanks to Nikita and Sharteice for everything you’ve done for us! We are only leaving due to moving interstate! Otherwise we’d be staying put!!!!

My 2 children have gone to Kidzco since they were babies, we have been a part of the Kidzco community for 6 years. My son started prep this year and the centre prepared him very well for his school journey, he is advanced in his class because of everything they taught him in the kindy program.I am more than happy with the level of care my children have received throughout their entire daycare experience. The staff are approachable and informative of the children’s daily experiences, needs, strengths and their challenges. The Storypark app enables me to view stories, photos and videos of my children’s day prompting conversations about what they are learning.Meals at the centre are always of high quality and healthy standard (even my fussy kids have a go of each of the meals) the menu always looks incredible.I’ll be very sad at the end of this year when my daughter finishes up to go to school. I highly recommend this centre and would like to take this opportunity to thank the wonderful staff for their care over the years.

New director is rude and nasty (christina) canceled my daughters enrollment for no apparent reason or explanations. Used this center in previous years with director Amy with no problems at all. Disapppointed and unfair.

Our 2 boys have been attending Kidzco Hillcrest for 4 years now, right from the nursery onward. It is such a fantastic daycare, they both look forward to going every day. The staff are wonderful - kind, friendly, knowledgeable and always accommodating for every child's needs. I leave there in the mornings knowing they will be in safe hands and will have a super fun day. I really enjoy hearing all about the activities they do throughout the day and the things they learn from their educators, and it makes me even more proud when they put what they have learnt from daycare into practice at home. With their educators guidance and feedback, our boys have become confident in themselves and their abilities.The meals cooked and provided are fantastic, with heaps of variety and I love how a lot of the food provided on special days are foods that the children have helped make.The Storypark app provides a great opportunity for parents to communicate with staff and other families and to be up to date with what the children are up to during the day. I really like seeing the photos and updates to our kids education individually.Our eldest leaves kindy to start prep at the end of this year which will be a sad time, however his education obtained over the last 4 years has been phenomenal and has well and truly prepared him for his school years.Thank you Kidzco for being a huge part of our boy's lives and helping them grow up into happy, healthy and confident little learners!
