These guys were absolutely brilliant!I had my LG front loader washing machine making a lot of random noises. I called Geelong Appliance Service and they sent someone to my home within 2 days to take a look at the machine and quote me on fixing it. I had a reasonable call out fee of $130 but it was capped at that price. My machine had to be taken away to be repaired which they did and had it back to me 2 days later. I only paid for parts on top of the original capped call out fee. The whole process took 4 days and my washing machine has never ran so well.Fantastic value for money and the service was 5 stars all the way.Big thanks to Craig and Geelong Appliance Service.

Very happy with the quick response to diagnosing the problem and fitting out the part as soon as it came in. Very reasonable fee for a pretty involved job. Craig was very polite and efficient. Would highly recommend and use this service again.

Incredible service, incredibly quick to order parts in, Craig was very professional and gave a correct quote and even delivered the parts to my house with no extra charge. What a wonderful service.

Craig was brilliant, he came to my house to service the dryer, took it away (for repairs), and returned it within a week. For the call out fee of $140 it covers a clean out and service on site, extra for parts. Very reasonable and it's ready for winter. I can't praise these guys enough. Thx Craig
