Drove to the back of the store to collect an air conditioner. Found it quite strange how the two men who work for the store just dropped a heavy as hell air conditioner next to my vehicle without offering to help me load the very heavy air conditioner into my vehicle. I am sure they have also had some training in lifting heavy objects and must be aware how unsafe this is? Absolutely no attention to customer service.
