Genius Childcare Clyde North

My 2 daughters absolutely love it here. We made the move from another centre not too long ago and my eldest has settled in so well, my youngest has too and they both have the best time. We are so appreciative of the level of care the educators provide, it's beyond amazing. The centre itself is always clean and the use of lots of natural play resources really makes a difference. We couldn't be happier at Genius Clyde North. Thankyou!

We had a negative experience where an incident was not managed appropriately and the centre was avoiding our communication, blaming our response to a repeated incident rather than resolving the issue head on. Even after a complaint was made staff were still adamant that there was no wrongdoing or that anything could be changed in that instance. It is not ok for a child to be injured repeatedly and be advised nothing can be done. Needless to say we have engaged another provider and would not recommend this centre! First impressions are always positive however when an issue occurred they didn't rise to the occasion in the professional manner that we expected. Be aware and do your research! You won't have me in your database anymore but I can assure you that Dept of Education is currently investigating this matter which you would be aware of.

Could not be happier with this centre. Since day one communication has been amazing! The staff are all fantastic, and make us and our little boy feel so welcome every morning on arrival.Management seem to go above and beyond with communication and keeping us updated with anything we need to know.Thanks Genius!

I am extremely impressed with the level of service the centre has to offer in all aspects. Being my sons first time attending childcare, both he an I suffered separation anxiety. The educators were reassuring, supportive and patient. It took my 3 year old two lessons to completely transform. He now waves goodbye once dropped off (cannot believe it)! The amenities available are awesome and educators are quick to pick up on your child’s strengths, where they help implement new ways to broaden their knowledge. Genuinely highly recommend Genius for any parent out there looking for a reputable ELC! Thank you Sandra and Kylie for going above and beyond. Pinar & Kaya :)

Genius isn't just a centre it's a family. When we first started with genius everyone welcomed us and made us feel like we belonged. Fast forward a few months and my daughter begs to go each and every day (excluding weekends). The programs and experiences the educators provide are both educational and enriching, allowing our children the fundamentals needed for school readiness and life.

My 9 month old daughter could not be happier. She instantly warmed to Stephanie and is in her element exploring and interacting with the other kids. Genius has a warm and welcoming family feel and the educators are all caring and passionate and attentive to each child's individual needs. As a parent they made me feel confident with the transition to childcare.

The team at Genius Clyde North are more than just a team.They are the warm embrace that welcome your children in at the start of each day, the roars of laughter that fill the hallways as you log your children out (through an extensive app that allows clear, transparent communication throughout the day too).They are the gentle kiss that eases goodbye tears during orientation, and the reassuring smile as you entrust your most precious little people into their care.They are the slip slap slop officers that ensure your children are protected from the harsh rays of the sun, and the unbiased referees who are ever-ready to step in, while allowing your children to navigate their own way through various facets of life.My son started in Genius a cautious, quiet boy who was unsure of himself. He was a bundle of nerves at the beginning, often unable to bid us goodbye without tears.The child he has grown into is still cautious, but now maintains a confident demeanour; Genius has helped him find his voice, build beautiful friendships and given him a true sense of belonging.Genius is one of the most amazing centres I have ever come across - they cater to the individual child, have the most amazing programs, surprise families with fantastic initiatives and are ensuring our children grow up to be stellar members of society.The team at Genius isn't just a team. They are our family.

My 3 year old could not be any happier at this centre. It's her first time attending childcare and they have made me feel extremely confident in her transition. She warmed to Kylie straight away and I love that they use the app Xplor so I can see all the little updates of her day. The chef is amazing and even made my daughter a birthday cake. They have put so much thought and time into opening this centre that no child will ever get bored. I highly recommend this centre to everyone.

Wouldn't recommend this place. My 2 yo daughter had bruises all over her bottom and private area when i picked her up. The educators told me it was a mild nappy rash but the doctor told me it was severe bruising. The bruising was black the next day. My daughter couldn't sleep with a nappy on for a few nights and would wake up crying in pain. The childcare still has 'no idea' what happened.
