Daiso Japan - Australia Fair
I was told off by the staff out of the blue as I gave him the staff the broken mug which I accidentally dropped to the ground after I paid for it.I told the staff in cashier and asked him to help me to throw away the broken mug for me as it was dangerous to throw it recklessly. then when I left, the staff told me off that I was trying to get an new one that i didn’t . I was upset about it as it could have handled in more polite manner especially that middle age Asian manager or they should have been given more proper training towards customers.

Daiso Japan - Australia Fair
Went to the shop to look for nose pads, I asked a staff where can I found it and the staff didn’t bother to find the products for me just said it’s sold out, and they won’t be getting restock until the end of October. I found it fishy so I kept looking, 2 minutes later, found them and they still have plenty in stock. Bad customer service. Been there a couple times before, never saw a single staff smile. They should hire more Japanese staff than those rude @&$#%

Nice friendly staff.Good range of stock.I looked for a few items in Kmart, and Woolworths, and other shops, but the only place that stocked them was Daiso.Good value!

The most terrible customer service I have experienced at this shop(Southport). Staff doesn’t even know how to print a tax invoices. I left without the tax invoice after wasting 15min & left without an apology. Definitely need more training for their staff.

The customer service at this location is truly exceptional. I have been a loyal customer for two years and always rely on this place for all of my essential items. On one occasion, a customer representative went above and beyond to assist me in reading Japanese instructions on the back of a product.
