Dropped my Rav4 V6 in for a 100,000km service. Got a call to say that the labour to remove the inlet manifold to replace the rear spark plugs was going to be around 1.5 hours and that I should be aware of this. Decided to do this myself to save some money. Took me almost 3-hours of mucking around. Other dealers would have carried out the service and charged me for the full amount – and would have been justified in doing so.I really appreciated the call and an opportunity to save some dollars and get my hands dirty.This is good communication, good customer service and bill shock avoidance.Thank you. I will be back.

Mark and Penny and Jack have been looking after us and all of our family cars for longer than I can remember. We found them through recommendation from friends and now we have no hesitation in making the same recommendation. I am about to take the new cars back to Mark too because the dealers can't even pretend to be as good.

Very transparent and professional at all times. Dealt with Jack for my repair and would receive calls to discuss repair options/issues throughout the process. Quote was very competitive in the area and the job was completed almost exactly on the stated price.Genuine and honest service at great value, first time customer but will become my regular mechanic.

I cannot rate Mark, Penny and their team @ Doncaster East Car Repairs any higher. I've had many fantastic customer experiences with them over the last few years. Mark is now doing the regular service on my Vito van. I'd especially recommend this service centre if you drive a Vito, Viano or Sprinter range vans as they do a huge amount of servicing for the Ambos (mostly sprinter vans). The workshop is always very clean, Mark and the team are always giving with their time and explanations. I'm really happy to recommend them.
