I was traveling around Bunderberg and got some nice hints for exploring the area and booked a Mon Repos tour even when it was booked out.

It was nice. The only thing it wasn't nice finding the Information centre it was too difficult, should be a nice easy way to get to

We are new to the area so I called in to find out what is around the area. Alana was extremely helpful, full of enthusiasm and genuine love of the area. Other staff were also helpful.Thanks for making it a great experience.

Very helpful staff there answering all your questions. They were honest also if they didn't have an answer. The city map provided however was very hard to read.

I was looking at 3 different dates to take my family on the Mon Repos turtle experience. The website booked and charged me for all of them, so I called to cancel two.As we were on our way to Bundy, I called to confirm our booking. Sure enough, there had been a mix up and our planned night had been booked out.I was assisted by an exceptionally helpful girl named Allanah, who contacted various people, despite it being to weekend, and was eventually able to rebook us for the following evening.Without the amazing customer service that I was provided, my kids would have been in tears and our special holiday weekend would have been a disaster. I think the website for bookings might need a little work though.
