Horrible Service! I had a guy by the name of Shanty, who looked like he had just gotten out of bed and showed up to my house in an unmarked van. What a waste of $98. He said I had 2 small issues" including front tires (all well and good)

Horrible service, same feeling with the previous review expect mine is a waste of $200 and time. No report was given except a tax invoice with technician comments. Same technician came with possible same unmark van as the previous comment. Rang back their office for a photo report and feel like speaking to different people when they tell you how good they are and why you should use them. FYI they have been doing this for 18 years.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I've taken the time as I'm impressed with the service I have received. I've used East Coast Mobile Safety Certificates for both a safety certificate and regular mobile servicing. Shanty is always professional, takes the time to explain things clearly to me and has provided good advice on getting works by other mechanics fixed under warranty rather than paying for the job again.

My son booked appointment for inspection the truck ,he did pay for Steve 180$ for that ,after one hour they send him invoice 160$,he ask for refunds no one care, Steve still people money get extra for him scam company don’t trust them.

Meant to show up after lunch some time. texted him at 4pm asking if he was still coming, he called me at 4:45 asking for another booking the next day I said I would check my schedule and then he rudely interrupted saying if I cant fit into your schedule then don't worry mate and hung up.Rude service, never showed up. don't recommend

My brother called for inspection, Steve came to our home for inspection and he did charge $180 for that, after one hour Steve send us invoices $160,Steve still people money get extra for him, scam company don’t trust them.I did ask for refund no one Care.He Charge extra to him and send you different invoice less than you did pay.
