I just got my nails done..for the money to have shellac done toes and hands the paint job was terrible and the other girl at the counter tried to fix my nails at the counter with the nail file as some of my nail wasnt painted to filing was easier. I have shelac stuck to my skin lets be real you pay decent money you dont want to walk out trying fix them. My mum was also with me and her paint seem to be on her skin and half her nails missed mums been a long time customer here however shes said she wont go back.

Charged wrong price. Did not do a good job either. Won't be going back.

Have been a few times, was really happy the first time and have been disappointed every single time after that. Last time it took 4 hours for a pedicure and sns (and charged $120 for the privilege), this time my nails look a week grown out and all different shapes.Also their opening hours say they open at 10:30am - several times I have tried to go before work, waited 10 mins and had to leave as they still hadn’t opened.

Fantastic service and great value. Needed a school holidays activity outta the rain and all three generations that went along had a great time and were super happy with their manicures, including Dad’s first manicure. Highly recommend.

Went in to get acrylics removed. The technician absolutely destroyed my nails by removing the acrylics by peeling them off, and was only when I asked if that's the only way to remove them she then advised they can be removed by acetone. Why not offer that first and not wreck people's nails?!

I had a $33 shellac manicure and was surprisgly pleased! The manicure was good and the paint job is nice, although I think she did three coats on one hand and not the other (I’m not 100% sure though).My only issue with this place was the cleanliness. All the utensils come from out of sight, and the buffers aren’t sterilized but are at the nail station you sit at. The nail clipper also stayed at the station and wasn’t sterilized.The pedicure area was the same and they didn’t have the plastic wraps over the tubs like some places do. I probably wouldn’t get a pedicure here for that reason. But the manicure and paint job was very good and I’m happy with it!

lady who did my nails was rude, said i couldn’t use the colour i wanted and couldn’t have the simple design i wanted. she was unprofessional and disorganised couldn’t find what she needed. she didn’t soak off my sns, just ripped them off with another nail tip and damaged my natural nails causing them to hurt and throb. filed my skin. my nails are too wide and uneven. not even filed straight. and she filed after the shellac so now the tip doesn’t have colour. she didn’t even put colour right to the edges of my nails. “cleaning” up shellac from my nail that she messed up, she drilled off already set polish. i hate my nails and i paid way too much for them compared to what their pamphlet advertises. she also wouldn’t even answer my question about what a powder would look like on black polish

Bad, I found it hard to understand them and they didn't have a very nice attitude. Also really didn't do a good job, I was very disappointed especially considering it was for a engagement party. I wouldn't go there again and wouldn't suggest them
