Absolutely the worst place to go... Got them to put on extractors and Kat kit in the process created a leak and told me it was already there and when I arrived to pick up my car the exhaust was just rattling went back in told them they put it back up heated the exhaust and bent it drove off the next day the rattling is back go back they tell me to come back when they have time would not recommend

Please Don’t go there !The owner is dishonest!We went to see them to do an engine cleaning so that repairs could be done in another garage.Finally, the other garage shows me the engine and it was not clean. The job was not done.We went back to Otto Mufflers to explain the problem and ask us an arrangement. They ADMIT that the job was not done well cause « it was hard », so we ask a refund.I didn’t have to work all day because I need the car to work. So I didn't earn any money that day, only to learn that the money I spent 3 days before on an engine cleaning hadn't been useful.The owner haughty doesn’t want refund us « no » « no » « no » and just ask us to leave.

My partner and I are from out of town and we were experiencing some car troubles. Someone recommended Otto’s and we rushed over there. Craig not only looked at our car at midday on a Saturday, but he also told us not to worry about any payment for his services. Really lovely guy and was a great help
