Dr Philip Cheng is an incredible doctor. We thank him so much for all that he has done to treat our daughter suffering from myopia. He is really knowledgeable and experienced he spent much time explaining to us about her condition, the eye treatments and the processes involved. The results have been amazing. Our daughter has high myopia her glasses number kept increasing until we found Dr Cheng. Now her eyesight is stable with her orthok lens treatment and she is so much more confident than before when she was hiding behind her glasses. Dr Cheng and his team have been so helpful and patient to us. We have recommended many friends who have children also with myopia. This clinic is the best. Thank you!!

A really nice and comfortable place for anything about eyes!!! I got my ortho k lenses here with Dr. Phillip being so nice , patient and professional! So glad to have chosen here to get my lenses! The price is also fair with many other necessities packed together. You won’t be regret to come!

Fantastic service! Philip has been treating both of my daughters for several years with great results. In fact, our entire family have issues Philip has been able to kindly assist with and we all ended up with better eye sight. We are so grateful - highly recommended!

I found it incredibly ironic that you accused me of using a fake ID when I had provided my genuine ID, you have my information revealed publicly. Due to this breach of privacy, I have had to conceal my real ID to avoid further improper disclosure.You mentioned that it only takes me 20 minutes to get to your clinic, but in reality, it takes me longer than 30 minutes on Saturdays. The traffic around the clinic is highly congested. This travel time only gets worse on weekdays when traffic is at its peak, making it incredibly inconvenient for us to visit your clinic.You mentioned you have told me that review can only be done on weekdays, but we were only told after we paid full amount, not on the first visit. I am disturbed that your clinic failed to communicate important information about your policy for scheduling reviews only on weekdays until after I had paid the full amount. This lack of transparency suggests that your clinic is more concerned with getting paid than with ensuring that patients are informed and comfortable with the care they receive.I must agree with Sam Mulholland's review regarding your treatment of his daughter, as my own daughter was treated similarly during our visit (even using exactly words as Sam quoted on his review). You dismissed her concerns about eye drops, commented that she was overly sensitive, and rushed through her appointment without providing any adequate reassurance.I must say that my experience with your clinic has been deeply disappointing. I hope that you take my feedback seriously and take action to improve the quality of care you provide to your patients.

If you have young children, don’t take them here. Phillip, the optometrist, does not have very good interactions with young children. I took my 3 year old daughter here for her first eye examination only to be met with statements of pure condemnation. During the examination, there was no offers of encouragement or nurturing only bone cold disengagement such as calling my daughter “unresponsive”, saying forcefully “just keep your eye open, it’s not that hard” and “you are really making this difficult”. For a centre that prides itself with dealing with children Phillip should look at his own bed side manner. I don’t think my daughter would have been the first child he has seen in his career, but it was traumatising for both her and myself. I will gladly say I won’t be back.

We are extremely satisfied with an excellent treatment we received for our daughter. Highly recommend Dr Philip for his friendly, calm and professional approach. We struggled a bit in the beginning however Dr Philip was really helpful and made the entire process very smooth and relaxing for our daughter. We went for regular check ups and visits. She now loves her new lenses! Keep up the good work. Thank you again!

As a family all with bad eyesight, I’m so glad I found Dr Phil who is more proactive in his methods to prevent eye sight deterioration in my 3 children. He wouldn’t just recommend treatments that were financially benefit to him, he was open and honest when we questioned his technology & methodology and happy to provide research papers to support (yes we were that kind of annoying patient). He was professional and patient throughout it all and we are so grateful to have found our family optometrist!

Philip is really experienced and one of the best optometrist in Melbourne. I have been going here for years and I would recommend this place any day. He always listens and addresses all my concerns and recommends the best advice & products for my eyes.Thank you Philip for your amazing work!! My eyes have never been healthier!
