Im new to wood working and by no means a master craftsman, just a hobbyist. Shaun was happy to take the time with me selecting the best timber for my project. He showed me around and gave me tips on finishes and joining. On top of that his prices are very good and will be my first choice for all future timber projects.

Criminals - Overcharged a total of $100 above the website advertised price per meter, I made contact with the owner to discuss the overcharging and rather than providing me with my legal right and returning the $100 overcharged, the criminal cowboy owner decides to increase their website price per meter. See website screenshots posted with this review and taken within an hour of each other. Untrustworthy illegal cash cowboy operation, that fails to provide legitimate invoices and only accept 'cash'. It's best to know the what type of business and trader you are dealing with. In all my experiences it was not worth the time and fuel to get there and ultimately the cash cowboy operation that happily and knowingly rips its customers off.

Worst customer service ever. Even with a notice for appointment they won't open. Very rude on the phone. Not worth to spend a cent there. Too arrogant. Suspect in quality as they didn't want to even send a picture of the timber we were about to buy. This is not the way how you should treat your customers!
