Everything went as promised. I called Inline on Monday at 7am & the hot water tank installer arrived within an hour and finished the installation before 10AM. Their staff were polite and conscientious. Communication was excellent. The hot water technician cleaned up the mess. There were no hidden costs that other plumbers in the past sometimes tack on. I appreciate all the efforts that this company put in to my water heater installation, from the removal of the old tank and installation of the new one. I would definitely recommend Inline Plumbing to friends and family.- Max

Over the years I've experienced many sub-standard tradesmen, including plumbers. Nearly 3 years ago I got Inline Plumbing to supply and install a gas hot water unit. They sent Simon. Now whenever I pass it, I marvel at the quality of work. It could qualify as a work of art. I would use Inline again if and when the need arises, especially if they send Simon.

I called and ask for a quote to replace and old hot water system.They quoted a good price and said they could have someone to me the next day at a time that suited me.I received a courtesy call 15 minutes before arrival.Technician was on time, clean, tidy and professional.The system was replaced in under an hour area cleaned and rubbish taken away.My technicians name was Simon, honestly one of the best technicians I have ever had to do work for me.Just based on the service from both the call centre and Simon I will be using Inline Plumbing and Electrical again we I need something done.Really excellent service thank you.

We had Inline install a dishwasher. The team were friendly and easy to talk to. They outlined clearly what they were going to do. Very happy with the completed job, quality work. Their professionalism gives me great confidence in Inline Plumbing, will be happy to use their services again.

I got my hot water tank installed by Inline Plumbing & Electrical about 8 years ago. Just recently the hot water stopped working, so I gave them a call. This was the first issue I've had with the hot water tank which isn't bad after 8 years. I rang up and the lady I spoke to was very polite and knowledgeable. She booked me in for a service for the following day.A gentleman named Simon arrived and got my hot water tank back up and working in a short time. Simon was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about hot water tanks. The service I received by Simon and Inline Plumbing & Electrical was an easy five stars for me. Had a problem with hot water on Sunday rang them on the Monday had someone out on Tuesday. The fuse was shot but they were able temporarily to give me hot water. Thursday the next week a new sub board was installed. Had them do a few other minor jobs at the same time. Recommend highly will be using their services in the future to install some ceiling fans.
