Brett was really good with the job. Did a stellar job.Came quickly after initially to look at the job of replacing roof sheet, quoted on time and then booked in a time on the day when it was the right weather to do the job.One of the few people who have a detailed quote on what he’ll do and the sheets that will be used that removed any worry on what you were accepting when agreeing to do the job.

I have been using Brett at BTM for a while now and won’t go anywhere else. What stands out along with his craftsmanship is his character. He takes the time to make you feel like you are making the best decision rather then just draining you of your $$$ like has happened with a previous plumber.My wife and I moved into an existing old home and found a number of issues we weren’t aware of prior. Issues with the hot water service, toilet leaking, taps that had rusted out etc.Brett was always honest and genuine in his conversations. He has trouble shooted over the phone to avoid unnecessary weekend or late night calls that come at larger costs to us, as well as giving honest feedback and work.We recently renovated our kitchen, bath, laundry and toilet areas.
