We dealt with Kho and Lee with moving into 2 of their rentals over the last few years. Our property manager, Linh Toal is the most professional expert that I have dealt with in residential and commercial leasing that everything is never a problem! Even when their were issues or concerns, she always took a front foot approach with empathy and resolved all concerns that all parties were happy with! If you are ever looking at listing or renting your property, you cannot go pass this organisation. Ask for Linh and she will take care of it all with ease.

Extreme biasAvoid at all costsInspected a property, only us (family of three with two incomes) and one other woman there, who said she was going to break lease to moveWe were told it would 100% be oursInstead they gave it to the single woman because she offered a deposit to them, something we would have been more than happy to do along with the full durations rent upfrontNot a call to offer any chance for us to make an offer, then laughed at us over the phoneMichelle is a disgrace of an agent
