Just bought a expensive saddle for my wife. It did not fit our horse even after they said it would. They would not return it or even offer a store credit. The manager was extremly rude and did not care at all. I have spent thousands at that store and could not believe the way I was treated today. They even said they offer saddle fitting even though that was not mentioned at the time of sale. Insane how they do not care about paynig customers. If anyone wants an brand new saddle with the tag still on it let me know. Do not shop here because they do not care if you do......

Great service thanks Jess. I sent an enquiry on Sunday to see if they had the funky Thomas Cook boots in stock as I couldn’t find then elsewhere. Jess text first thing Monday to advise they had the boots I was after and they were on sale!
