My review is specific to our previous property manager Larissa. She was easy to deal with despite the complexities of the lease and the difficulties with the property owner. Larissa maintained her professionalism the whole time and would definitely recommend.

BEWARE!, very unprofessional, happy to handball issues on and will not accept any liability when it comes to floods and apartment damage or any damage really. Read your contracts, we are thousands of dollars out of pocket for a flood that was not in our unit. The carpet was left ripped up after repairs and not fixed, we have been advised that it is our issue to fix this via our insurance. I am blown away by the run around from these guys, getting paid thousands of dollars each year to do what exactly ????And now they have replied to the above response, just a generic cover response so the public think they are there to help, this is not the case at all, if they competed in the AFL league they would be the competitions best handballers, don't try and cover you inadequacy to carry out your job in a professional manner with generic responses so the public think you are dealing with the problems at hand, this is far from the truth people.

They took over another company and failed to inform me as a tenant. I paid rent to an old business account that was no longer active. One agent told me they sent emails a couple of weeks ago (i never received said emails) and then today I got an email saying that client data took longer to transfer than expected". So their stories weren't adding up. I'm 700 out of pocket and behind in my rent payment because of it. Im now left to chase up my own money in no man's land because they failed to pass on VERY important information about a business change"

Any issues I’ve brought up in regards to house maintenance my agent Larissa has helped me heaps & fixed any problems I’ve had. Definitely recommend coming to LJ for any rental properties.

The most manipulative and disgusting real estate agencies in Perth ! They take advantage of their tenants and aren’t helping regarding issues with the property! I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy, terrible service. Extremely unsatisfied and frustrated with this agency !!

Katie was really helpful throughout the entire sales experience. She was knowledgeable and always had a plan for how we would proceed even when there weren’t too many people during certain times. She was very professional, prompt to responding to queries, knowledgeable about the Perth market, the pricing of my property and always had my best interest at heart. I would highly recommend her.

Katie Lawley delivers over and above on so many levels. We had the scenario where we were out of state physically while selling a local (WA) property.
