I’ve had some technical issues with my express postage and was struggling to get answers from other centres, I just popped into the Bowenfels LPO to check the status and the lovely lady was right onto it and called me an hour or so later to let me know the update. Thankyou guys so much for your help today.

Very helpful. I lost the receipt for a parcel posted (my fault), but they searched their system, found the details and were able to confirm delivery. If I'd taken care of the receipt like I should have they wouldn't have had to go to that effort but they were more than willing to help.
