The slowest drive through in the 40 years going to KFC approx 15 minutes wait and no apology and and just laughed about it very ordinary

Second time i have tried delivery from this store both times things missing from order. They can't resend missing items via menulog only option is credit for next time or pickup missing items.....so much for ordering in!

Excellent service! The food was great especially the chicken and chips were lovely. Had a pleasant experience with the staff being friendly.

Good, quick service, but a terrible entry into the Carpark, we came out of the shopping centre and had to do a half block to get into the driveway, I am sure plenty would drive off instead of doing the half block, needs improving.

CUSTOMERS Count your pieces of chicken!!This store for the fourth time gave me less pieces of chicken and nuggets in the giant feast I ORDERED, funny that I never get five more pieces EVER!!ATT to the person who hires the staff, Counting up to 20 should be a must before hiring staff,My 3 year old counts up to 20!Or does your hiring application state we hire people with math dyslexia!!

This was disappointing.Not only disappointing, but disturbing! I went into this KFC expecting a gourmet Ballarat meal but oh boy was I wrong! I saw employees talking to each other and wasn’t served for 7 MINUTES! Until a lovely female employee came to the desk and asked for my order. I ordered a Large Original Recipe meal with a Pepsi Max and received a PEPSI REGULAR! As a person who is dieting, a Pepsi max is important!!!And don’t get me started on the chips! Goodness gracious! Appalling quality and disgustingly low amounts of salt! I may as well have been eating a raw potato in a nice packet! Such a waste of money. Do not go here! The employees are rude and do not take customer service into account! Silly silly silly!Gross.

Not happy with the quality of products. I expect crunchy pieces of chicken and some were not. My last visit was disappointing.

Very small, but effective. I prefer to drive through, but have ventured inside a few times. KFC has standardised the interface, so nothing is unusual. Size doesn't effect its performance.Drive through can get quite busy, and delays can mount up, but mostly, they manage OK.Food can be below average compared with other KFCs, bit is regularly on par.My choices reach supply level limitations, I frequently can't get what I want, but the alternatives are adequate.
